Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Brominon House Hunting, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable Use
You may not post misleading listings, request payment before a physical viewing, impersonate other users, harass others, or attempt to circumvent our moderation and security systems. Listings must be accurate and comply with Kenyan law.
Payments & Scam Prevention
Brominon never collects rent on behalf of landlords. Never pay a "viewing fee", "commitment fee" or deposit before personally viewing a property. Any such request is a likely scam — report it immediately.
Moderation & Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or revoke accounts that violate these terms or Kenyan law. Our decisions are final, but you may appeal by contacting info@autobell.uk.
Limitation of Liability
Brominon is a platform connecting tenants with landlords and agents. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings and are not party to any rental agreement between users. Use the platform at your own risk and always verify before paying.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
