AI Moderation

To keep the platform safe, listings, messages and reviews are screened by automated systems for scam patterns and policy violations. Flagged content is reviewed by our moderation team. You may request removal of content you believe was flagged in error by contacting support.

Data Security & Retention

Your password is stored as a salted hash and never in plain text. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymise it upon account deletion, subject to legal obligations.
